Volunteers

I will never forget the one person outside my own family that played a major role in my life as a teenager.  Tim H. was one of my school teachers that just so happen to struggle with the same learning disability as I had my whole life.  I had never meet anybody who as an adult publicly announced that they had a very hard time reading and writing and O yeah I’m gonna be your teacher.       C.S. Lewis said it best “Friendship is born the very moment when one person says to another What! You too? I thought I was the only one.”  What a true statement to live ministry by right?  People are just in a life long search to make some sense of things around them and there very existence. We know what its was like to walk into a room full of people and feel true loneliness.  I want to challenge you to push yourself further that you thought you could go for this generation.  I hope that you to will feel the amazing satisfaction of what I think is the most tangible way to shape the world of tomorrow by guiding the next generation to there next step.
